Flannel Nursing Pads
These are the best nursing pads I have used. It took four kids to discover them. After the birth of our fourth child, I was done with disposable nursing pads. I found a pattern for one, but even with four layers of flannel, it leaked. I added fleece, and Mommy's Flannel Milk Mops came into being. I have several pairs, usually all over the house, and haven't had a leak in years.
They are larger than normal nursing pads at roughly 5 inches in diameter. There are 4 layers of flannel that sit up against your skin and absorb anything. The layer of fleece on the outside keeps your shirt dry. These pads almost mold to the shape of your breast. I have worn mine under a camisole and a fitted t-shirt and they are almost invisible.
